Dear members,尊敬的会员
In order to facilitatethe movement of member vehicles in and out of the club, and to strengthen the regulation of external vehicles, the club will install the Automatic License Plate Recognition System at the front gate in the near future. The vehicle that has had their license information registered can enter automatically. Guests will be required to provide member’s information to the security staff for release. Members who did not register the license information or have changed their vehicles are required to fill in the form we have sent to every member and return to the club by email or courier.
为了更加方便会员车辆进出球会，以及加强对外部车辆的规范管理，球会近期将在入口道闸处安装车牌自动识别系统。在球会登记过车牌资料的会员车辆将自动放行。会员嘉宾则需要向保安员说明邀请会员的信息方可放行。请未向球会登记车牌信息以及有车辆变更的会员尽快填好我们给会员寄出的表格，以电子邮件或快递的方式寄回球会。
