2016深圳国际赛开赛在即（4月21日至24日），世界名将巴巴·沃森与少年国手李昊桐作为赛事推广大使向全世界球员发出了邀请。这份邀请不仅仅面向职业球员，同时也包括职业教练员及业余球员。为了给他们提供竞逐欧巡一级赛事的机会，公开资格赛将于3月21日至3月24日打响第二届深圳国际赛头炮，来自世界各地的球员将在正中争夺6个参赛名额。2016 SHENZHEN INTERNATIONAL is coming（April 21st - 24th ).As ambassador,world star Bubba Watson and the China's rising starLi Haotong invite the golf players which not only professional players but also career coaches and amateurs all over the world to Genzon Golf, providing them the opportunity forEPGA.
Open Qualifying Tournamentwill be held at the Genzon Golf Club from March 21st -24th .Players from all over the world will to try to get their chances for SHENZHEN INTERNATIONAL .

深圳国际赛创办于2015年，由欧洲职业高尔夫巡回赛和中国高尔夫球协会联合认证，是中国大陆地区唯一以城市名称命名、唯一由球会拥有赛事主办权、唯一由中国本土企业引进的欧巡一级赛事。在2015年首届深圳国际赛中，泰国选手阿费巴拉特（Kiradech Aphibarnrat）在延长赛中战胜中国本土小将李昊桐，摘得桂冠。
2016深圳国际赛的奖金从去年的250万美元上涨至280万美元，延续了赛事引进方正中集团对赛事的郑重承诺，希望通过比赛推动中国高尔夫球运动的发展，并提升深圳的国际影响力。赛事将汇聚包括100位欧巡赛球员、50位中高协推荐球员、6名赞助商外卡球员在内的总共156位选手。
2016深圳国际赛将以全新的办赛理念打造“你的主场”，推出高尔夫球场八公里绿色健走、18洞主场时间等独具创意的活动，力争在2016奥运年为参赛球员、观众等所有赛事参与方打造精彩的“主场”体验。
About the Shenzhen International
The Shenzhen International was founded in2015 and is co-sanctioned by European Tour and China Golf Association. It isthe first European Tour event in mainland China to be named after a city. Theinaugural event was won by Kiradech Aphibarnrat, who defeated local hero LiHaotong in a sudden-death play-off.
Theprize fund for 2016 has been increased from $2.5million to $2.8million andreflects the Genzon Group’s determination to raise the profile of the event, toenhance the international influenceof Shenzhen, and to promote the development of golf in China. The event willbring together 156 players, made up of 100 European Tour players, 50 CGAaffiliated players, and six sponsor's wild cards.
Withthe brand-new theme, “Shenzhen International, Your Home Course”, the 2016Shenzhen International is determined to give everyone – players and fans - asense of pride and ownership of the tournament in this Olympic year by hostinga series of creative activities, such as an eight-kilometer fun walkandinteractive games through the tournament.
