亚太区青少年业余赛（中国区预选赛）
自2018亚太区业余锦标赛在新加坡举办之后，2019开始的第一届亚太区青少年业余赛（中国区预选赛），即将在上海颖奕安亭高尔夫俱乐部举办。本赛事为世界业余高尔夫球员积分（World Amateur Golf Ranking)认可赛事。选拨成功的球员将作为亚太区的代表晋级出赛2019年8月期间在洛杉矶Riviera乡村俱乐部举办的团队锦标赛，对抗加利福尼亚南部青少年高尔夫协会选手。

总则
GENERAL
2019亚太区青少年业余赛将会于 2019年5月7-10日在新加坡拉古娜国家高尔夫乡村俱乐部举行，赛事规则将依照 R&A 2019公布的规则以及经赛事委员会认可的球场本地规则进行。
The 2019 Asia-Pacific Junior Amateur will be played at the Laguna National Golf & Country Club from 7 to 10 May 2019 in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited and with the Local Rules approved by the Organizing Committee.
新加坡的正赛中由以下条件组成的前6名男孩以及前6名女孩将作为亚太区的代表，出赛 2019年8月于洛杉矶里维埃拉乡村俱乐部举办的团队锦标赛，对抗南加州青少年高尔夫协会选手。
Top 6 boys and Top 6 girls comprising from the following, will represent Asia-Pacific in an all expenses paid(less air fare) team based tournament against the Southern Californian Golf Association to be played in August 2019 at Riviera Country Club, Los Angeles.

此次于上海颖奕安亭高尔夫俱乐部举办的预选赛。预选赛日期 2019年4月18日星期四。此预选赛获胜的男孩（1位）及女孩（1位）将晋级于 2019年5月7-10日在新加坡举办的亚太区青少年业余锦标赛。
This is the qualifying round host at Enhance Anting Golf Club. Qualifying round will be take place on Thursday, 18th April 2019. The leading boy and girl of this qualifying round tournament will advance to participate in the Singapore Asia-Pacific Junior Amateur Championship in 7th - 10th May 2019.

参赛资格
ELIGIBILITY
1.所有差点在8或更好的青少年（16岁以下）业余选手。
All Junior Amature 16 years old and below with handicap 8 or better.
2.所有参赛者都需遵守 R&A 公布的业余选手的准则。
Entrants must conform in all respects to the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited.

报名
ENTRY
1. 报名费为人民币¥1,000.00元，必须于登记时同时支付。
The entry fee is RMB¥1,000.00 and must be submitted/settled at the time of entry
2. 报名费包含正赛以及练习轮费用。
Entry fee include both tournament day and practice round.
3. 赛事组织委员会将负责当天午餐。
Organizing Committee to provide lunch.
4. 参加选手需正式提交报名表格。
Entries must be submitted through the official entry form.
5. 赛事组织委员会有权限制、同意或拒绝任何报名。
The OC reserves the right to limit, accept or reject entries.
6. 报名截止日期为 2019年4月16日中午 12:00点。
The closing date is at 12:00 noon, Tuesday 16 April 2019.

练习及正赛时间
PRACTICE&TIME OF STARTING
1. 球场将在 2019年4月17日（下午）开放给选手练习。
The course is available to players for practice on 17th April 2019 (Afternoon only).
2. 练习轮的分组及时间将由赛事委员会统一进行安排。
Practice Round Draw-list and timing will be drafted by the organizing committee.
3. 练习轮中不可同时使用多颗球进行。
No multiple ball play shall be allowed during the practice round.
4. 练习场会在赛事期间开放；练习球将会分配固定数量给每位球员；费用将由赛事委员会承担。
The driving range will be opened during the Championship. Range ball will be given to each players in limited number and cost will be shouldered by the Organizing Committee.
