日期：2016年11月19-20日（星期六、日）球场：利百特球场开球时间：09:00（18洞同时开球）赛制：36洞个人比杆赛组别：► 男子组 球场差点≤20(差点指数≤17.5)蓝色发球台
► 女子组 球场差点≤24(差点指数≤21.9)红色发球台
参赛资格： 持有效观澜湖差点系统之差点指数的业余身份会员 （于2016年9月1日或之后更新）有效差点指数要求：男子17.5及以下，女子21.9及以下
奖项 ： 评奖顺序为先总杆后净杆，且总杆净杆奖不可重复1. 男子球会盟主
2. 女子球会盟主
3. 总杆亚军、季军（各组别） ❶
4. 净杆亚军、季军（各组别） ❶
5. 最远距离奖-第二天 （各组别）
6. 最近洞奖-第二天（各组别）

❶ 奖项数量将根据组别参赛人数作调整。
报名费：人民币400元/人
（含第一天自助午餐，第二天颁奖晚宴，不包括球僮球车费，所有会员免果岭费）
取消及缺席费用：2016年11月16日或之前 免收取消费用
2016年11月17日-18日 人民币200元
缺席 人民币400元
备注：1．报名截止日期：2016年11月7日。比赛限额120名，先到先得。
2．无有效观澜湖高尔夫球会差点系统之差点指数（于2016年9月1日或之后更新）的会员不可参加该比赛。根据规则6-2，如果阁下持有低于观澜湖高尔夫球会系统记录的差点指数，须在比赛前向赛事委员会宣称，否则将被取消比赛资格。
3． 奖项将根据组别的实际参赛人数设置：
• 少于6人：取消
• 6-9人 ：一个总杆奖和一个净杆奖
• 10-19人：一个总杆奖和两个净杆奖
• 20人或以上：三个总杆奖和三个净杆奖
4． 如需取消报名，需于比赛日期48小时之前通知赛事办。频繁取消、逾期取消或缺席比赛将影响今后的参赛资格。

Eligibility :The competition is open to all amateur Members of Mission Hills Golf Club with Valid handicap Index in Mission Hillls System
(updated on or after 1st September 2016):
Men - 17.5 and below, Ladies - 21.9 and below.
Prizes ：The prizes will be given in sequence from gross to net. Winners of gross and net shall be different.

❶The number of prizes will be subject to the number of entries for the division.
Entry Fee：RMB 400 for entry fee, including lunch of Day 1, Prize Presentation of Day 2, excluding caddie and cart fees. Green fee is waived for all members.
Cancellation and No Show Charge：► On or before 16th November - No Cancellation Fee
► On 17th - 18th November - RMB 200
► No Show - RMB 400
Note：1. Deadline : 7th November 2016. The tournament shall be limited to 120 participants. In the event that it is over subscribed, preference shall be given to those who register earlier.
2. The member who does not have a valid Handicap Index in Mission Hills System (updated on or after 1st September 2016) is not allowed to participate in this competition. Members are required to declare their lower Handicap Index if they have more than one besides the Mission Hills system. In breach of this, players will be subject to Disqualification under Rule 6-2.
3. The prizes are based on the actual number of players in the respective division:
· Less than 6 players : Division Cancelled
· 6 - 9 Players : 1 Gross and 1 Net Prize
· 10 - 19 Players : 1 Gross and 2 Net Prize
· 20 or More Players : 3 Gross and 3 Net Prizes
4．Cancellation of entry should be informed 48 hours before tournament date. Frequent cancellation, late cancellation or no show may result in refusal of entry in the future.
