大家好，我是正中高尔夫学院教练张凯亮。

Hello everyone, I'm Zhang Kailiang, coach of Genzon Golf Academy.

今天给大家讲解沙坑简单脱困的打法。
Today, I'd like to explain how to get the ball out of the bunker. standard play of bunker escape.

选杆尽量选择56度、58度或者60度，这样球杆角度更大更容易切球。
It will be easy to get the ball out of the bunker if you choose a club with a large degree of angle, such as 56°, 58° or 60°.

站位站到球的正后方，球靠近我们的左边，杆面稍微打开一点，两脚踩入沙子底部，身体重心压低，避免上杆时脚下沙子松掉。
Take stand behind the ball, make sure the ball is beside your left, open the clubface, digging in sand with your feet, lower your weight and keep your feet in the sand.

瞄准球，上杆到顶点的时候，手腕先启动然后下杆，只有高抛球（高抛球具体打法见云课堂第五课），下杆速度够快，才能打入沙子里。
Addressing the ball, your wrist release first when up swing to the top, and then down swing, only the flop shot, the fast down swing hit in the sand, that can get the ball out of the bunker.

沙坑击球的点在球后方，半个球位的位置，从这个地方击打下去才能快速把球打起来。
You should hit in the sand two centimeters behind the ball, the ball will be out of the bunker quickly.
