我们都有过丢球或击球出界的经历。
We have all experienced losing a ball or hitting one out of bounds.

当这种情况发生的时候，你需要加罚一杆，并从上一次击球的地方打另一个球。
When that happens,you are penalize one stoke and must establish a progression of playing from the tee , into the hole by going back and playing again from where your last place.

这就是所谓的一杆加距离补救。
This is called play under stroke and distance.

如果你的上一次击球地点在发球区内，你需要在发球区内的任何地方再次击打一个球。
If your previous stroke was from the tee,tee it up again from anywhere within the area.

如果你的上一次击球地点在球道、长草区、沙坑或者罚杆区，只需要回到上一次击球点的一杆范围内，但不能比上一次击球点更靠近球洞的地方抛球，然后击打出去。
If your last stroke with me from fairway,the rough,a bunker or a penalty area,simply go back and drop a ball within one club-lengh and not nearer the hole than the spot where you last played.

当你击出的球是界外球或遗失球时，一杆加距离的补救方式是你唯一的选择。
Stoke-and-Distance is your only option for a ball,that is out of bounds or lost.

除非有当地的规则提供了另外一个选择。
Except when there is a local rule in effect, that provides an alternative you can learn about in another video.
