在光滑的地面或沙地练习铁杆击球
Firstly, hit balls on smooth ground or sand.
在动图中当击球后草地打痕在球的后方时便为打厚了，这样会出现低弹道或短距离的球。
当杆面击到球后草地打痕在球的前方时，说明击的很扎实并有高倒旋。（这样球每次击出去的时候，球的距离稳定，球上果岭后会减少球的滚动。）

击球瞬间前后15cm保持手腕不变
