尊敬的各位会员，
很高兴在此与大家分享球场喷灌系统改造项目的工程进度，历时一年多的改造工程进展的非常顺利，目前我们进入到了该项目的收尾阶段。A、D、B场的所有喷灌系统升级已全部完成。如果下周天气情况良好，我们将于9月22日，下周二，完成C场的所有管道改造工作。紧接着，改造团队计划于9月22日至9月26日在练习场进行最后一部分的喷灌系统改造，作业期间练习场将保持为期5天的关闭。我们也有可能根据天气情况调整计划。
We are happy to update you on the progress of the club's irrigation renovation project. The project has been going very well for over one year, and our project team has completed A, D and B course. If the weather permits, C Course will be finished by next Tuesday. Straight after that, the project team will move to the driving range, which is the last part of the project. Please note that the Driving Range will be closed from September 22nd to September 26th for five days to enable our team to concentrate on the program in a timely manner. The schedule will be adjusted according to the weather.
在练习场封闭期间，我们将在会所附近的场地上设立临时击打网，以便会员们下场前热身。
During the closure period, we will set up a temporary hitting net at the clubhouse area, for member to do a quick warm-up before the game.
在喷灌系统改造的过程中，我们衷心地感谢各位会员的耐心等待与始终如一的支持！我们将继续竭尽所能，以减少给会员们带来的不便。我们坚信，随着时间的推移，全新的喷灌系统将显著提高用水效率，极大地改善球场状况！
