Dear Members,
Starting from July 15, 2020, the club's reservation system will be officially launched online. This will allow future tee time bookings to be made via phone, in person or online and all done in real time using one tee sheet. Members can log in at any time, from any place, and gain instant access to the tee sheet. This brand new online booking system will ensure that members will have convenient, fast and transparent information wherever they are.

We are confident that our members are already familiar with Xili's unique “Fast Course” and “Regular Course” options. Through the new reservation system, members will be able to choose “Fast Course” or “Regular Course” at the time of reservation. When booking, please select the course that best suits your playing experience based on the number of players, and their playing speed. Xili will endeavour to accommodate the individual needs of members.

1. Advance Booking
Members may request tee times seven (7) days in advance either in person, by phone call or online self-booking. The name of each player for which a starting time is reserved is required, including guests. A reserved tee time will be released if a member fails to provide guests’ names. All guests should be prepared to show a valid ID card at the front gate. All golfers should arrive at Starter at least ten (10) minutes prior to their reserved tee time.
A member may book one flight only per day, if you wish to book more than one flight, please contact the Reservation Office to apply for extra rounds.
A member wishing to play more than 18 holes on any day may only reserve an additional tee time a maximum of 15 minutes in advance of the actual time. This is subject to availability and actual situation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of reserved time must be made to the Club as follows:
Weekends and Public Holiday Booking--Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the date of playWeekdays Booking--Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the date of play
Members who cancel later than this will be treated as a late cancellation. He/ she will be advised in writing of the breach of Rules. Should a third breach of Rules occur within a 12-month period of the first letter, the member will receive a penalty letter which will inform the member that he/she will lose the booking rights as a Principal Booking Member for a period of 2 weeks. The member may continue to play in other flights booked by other members.
3. “No Show” Policy
A “No Show” is anyone not canceling a reserved tee time, not showing up for play with more than one player that are absent compared to the total number of golfers for whom the reservation was made.
After the first “No Show” a warning letter will be sent to the member notifying them of the breach of Rules. On the second occurrence of a “No Show”, the second warning letter will be sent to the member notifying them of the breach of Rules plus informing there will be penalties if there are more “No Shows” in the future.
Should a third breach of Rules occur within a 12-month period of the first letter, the member will receive a penalty letter which will inform the member that he/she will lose the right of advance booking privileges for 1 month. He/she will be prohibited from playing on any of the courses at Xili or entering any of the Club’s competitions or representing the Club in any match during this period.
“No Shows” are not applied to members should golf course management deem course conditions unplayable and subsequently closed for play. Unplayable conditions will be typhoon, lightning and thunderstorm etc.
4. “Late Arrival” Policy
If a player is late for a tee time, other players in the group can start play and the late player will be shuttled out to the group on the course. If the group does not go on time, the group must wait until the next available tee time.
We realize that Shenzhen's traffic can make it inconvenient for people to arrive on time. In this case, if a member is late for a tee time, the guest can start play; however, to finish all eighteen holes, the member must arrive during the first nine. In keeping with a true members club, members must accompany all guests. If not, the guest will only be allowed to play nine holes and the eighteen-hole rate will be charged.
5. Slow Play
The maximum length of time per round of golf at Xili is as follows:
If a group falls behind the pace of play, all golfers in the flight will receive a verbal reminder from the Club Marshal. If the group does not speed up after the first reminding, the Club Marshal will give the second verbal reminding to the group. Should a third breach of Rules occur, a “Slow Play” reminding letter will be issued to the group, the Club Marshal reserves the right to ask the group to skip the empty holes ahead of them to catch up with the group in front or to have the group behind play through. If the group continues to play slow, the Club Marshal may ask the group to stop playing.
When a member receives the first “Slow Play” reminding letter, the Club will arrange a meeting with the member notifying them of the breach of Rules. Should a member receives the second “Slow Play” reminding letter, a “Slow Play” warning letter will be issued to the member and the Club will arrange a second meeting with the member.
If a member receives three (3) or more slow play letters within a period of twelve (12) months from the date of (and including) the first slow play letter, he/she may be prohibited from playing on any of the courses at Xili for 1 month at the discretion of the Management. He/she will also be prohibited from entering any of the Club’s competitions or representing the Club in any match during this period.
6. Poor Etiquette
Rude and abusive behavior (to members and staff) First offence: A warning letter will be issued.Second offence: Suspension of playing on any of the courses at Xili for 1 month.Third offence: Suspension of all the rights and privileges of membership for 2 months.
The above rules and regulations will take effect from July 15, 2020. It is the duty of all members to know the policies and to cooperate with Club Management and staff in the enforcement of these Rules and Regulations. These general rules and booking policies may be amended from time to time by the Club Management. In such case as much notice as possible will be given.

To Activate your
Online Booking Account
Available from July 15, 2020
1. Open WeChat. Search and follow the WeChat Official Public Account【xiligolf】.
2. Go to the Public account, in the bottom bar menu click on “会员服务” (MemberService), and select “预订T-Time”.
3. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking. The first time you log in will require registration. (Member number, member name, and mobile phone number must match Xili Golf membership information, if you need to change, please contact Membership Department 0755-26559792. If member would like their secretary to handle their golf bookings, please contact Membership Department for registration.)
