Dear Members,
尊敬的会员，
Xili Golf and Country Club (the "Club") is pleased to inform you that the membership prices will be revised, effective 1st June 2018.
西丽高尔夫乡村俱乐部（“俱乐部”）很荣幸地通知会员，本会会籍价格将于2018年6月1日开始调整。
The following are the new prices and some main features related to the memberships下述为会籍调整后的价格和主要特点：
1. Membership Rate 会籍价格
Individual Golfing Membership
个人高尔夫会籍
RMB 1,800,000 （人民币180万）
Corporate Golfing Membership (one nominee)
公司高尔夫会籍（一个提名人）
RMB2,000,000 （人民币200万）
Any membership fee paid is not refundable.
任何会籍费用付款后将不作退还。
2. Membership term shall commence from the date of issuance of the certificate of membership and end on 31 December 2039.
新会籍期限自会员资格证书签发之日起计至2039年12月31日届满。
3. All new members must agree to comply with the Club Rules and Bye-Laws and other membership documents (the "Club Documents").
所有新会员必须遵守俱乐部的会规, 细则及所有其他文件（“会籍文件”）。

All membership applications are subject to the approval of the proprietor of the Club. Copies of the Club Documents can be provided to you upon request.
