对许多球手来说,铁杆挖地是一个常见的现象,还会给人带来巨大的挫败感,不过好消息是,这种挖地球只需稍微调整你击球之后的肩膀动作就可以得到改变。
Chunking your irons is a very common fault for many golfers and causes a huge amount of frustration. The great news is that it can be easily fixed with a small adjustment with the position of your shoulders after impact.
肩膀往前弯曲太多是指从击球区域到收杆过程,肩膀往地面压太多,球杆击球时送杆空间不够。这一系列影响致使击球角度太陡,打出大块草皮,并且大部分时候是打在球的后面。
Forward shoulder bend too much is the position when the shoulders are too close to the ground in the impact area to finish position and doesn’t allow the club to move upwards away from the ground enough. It causes the angle of attack to become too steep and to hit large divots, more times than not, behind the ball.
为了做到击球之后背部往后仰,增加身体的伸展度,可以按照以下三个步骤来练习:
In order to increase the amount you bend backwards through impact, and essentially extend more, practice the following three steps:

- 将球架在一个较低的Tee上。
- Put a ball on a low tee peg.

- 击球时感觉要扫到地面。
- The feeling through impact is like you are wiping or sweeping the ground.

- 收杆时,感觉你双肩中间(胸口)面向天空。
- In your finish position, feel like you’re pointing the middle of your shoulders more towards the sky.
