瞄球准备动作中确实存在着很多变量，但人们太过于纠结某些变量会导致很多困惑。事实上，正是某些变量的存在，帮助我们打出了更好的球。


There are a lot of variables in the address position that people get too obsessed in which causes a lot of confusion. The truth is simply some variables are more important than others in assisting you to hit better shots.

1.    瞄球时的杆身倾斜——打大右球和打厚球的球友们，杆身倾斜通常都是远离目标方向的。


Lean of the shaft at address – Golfers who slice and hit heavy shots tend to have their shaft leaning away from the target.




2.    身体姿势——差点较高的球友身体更多是远离目标方向倾斜，如果从小球位置往上画一条垂直的线，身体一般会在球的后方。


Body positions – Higher handicappers have their body leaning away from the target and more of their body would be behind the ball if you were to draw a vertical line straight up from the golf ball.







1.   差点较高的球手在瞄球时肩膀通常打开更多，相比职业球手或者低差点球手，肩膀打开更多会导致挥杆轨迹的方向从外往里。


Higher handicappers tend to have their shoulders more open at address relative to the average tour player or low handicapper, by having the shoulders more open will set the swing direction out to in.

2.  视觉上，高差点球手的右手臂比他们的左手臂更高，然而打的较好的那些球手，他们的球杆握把比较高，你可以看见他们的左前臂的顶端位置，以及他们的左膝盖。


Visually with a high handicapper their right arm is higher than their left arm where as the better player will have the top of their left forearm visible as well as their left knee visible with the handle of the club higher.

有个好方法可以让你有一个更好的瞄球准备动作，这样做：


A really good drill to use to get into a better address position would be to:

1.    将两只手肘指向目标方向，这样你的肩膀也会指向目标，同时保持左手臂比右手臂更高。


Point both your elbows at the target and by doing this will get your shoulder point at the target and left arm higher than your right arm.

2.    左边膝盖往前推，比右边膝盖更加靠近小球位置。


Pushing your left knee closer to the ball than your right knee

3.    将球杆握把往上推一点的同时双手会推向靠近目标线往。


Raise the handle of the club a little bit and at the same time pushing your hands forwards/towards the target.

一开始先按照上面几个动作简单挥杆，慢慢地，你会发现自己的球路开始发生变化。


Start off with some easy swings with the above mentioned changes and you will start seeing differences in your ball flight.
