肩膀倾斜为高尔夫的挥杆提供垂直力量，并且有助于球手在挥杆过程中保持与地面的倾斜角。


Shoulder Tilt provides the vertical force of the golf swing and allows a player to maintain their inclination to the ground during the swing.

GOLFTEC的挥杆动作真实研究发现，肩膀倾斜和技术水平之间有很大的关系。打得较好的球手比差点较高的球手有更多的肩膀倾斜。


GOLFTEC’s Swing TRU study found a strong link between Shoulder Tilt and skill level with better players utilizing more Shoulder Tilt than higher handicap players.


职业球员在挥杆顶点的时候，肩膀倾斜的平均数值是向左倾斜36度，击球和送杆时，肩膀向右倾斜的平均数值分别是39度和49度。


Professional golfers average 36* tilt to the left at the top of their backswing, 39* tilt to the right at impact and 49* tilt during their follow through.

业余球手经常在挥杆过程中缺少肩膀倾斜，这会导致：

1	姿势不正确
2	头部移动
3	挥杆轨迹从外往里
4	击球角度太陡
5	丢失力量

Amateur players often have a lack of Shoulder Tilt during the swing which can cause them to:

1	lose their posture
2	move their head
3	swing from outside to in
4	have too steep an angle of attack
5	lose power
