1、减小握杆力量
握杆力量过大会使球杆在下杆时无法自如地向下挥动通过击球区域。球员可以尝试找到让杆头放松释放并超过身体的感觉。但如果你正在像要把握把掐死一样握杆的话，这种感觉恐怕很难能够找得到。




2、轻微抬起脚趾
如果球员的重量转移至脚趾导致双手以及身体在击球时更靠近球，这样就会很容易击出相克球。所以球员也可以微微抬起脚趾来保证身体重量不会过分前移而打出相克球。

3.保持胸口高度
相克球有时是因为双手以及上半身像砍树一样往球方向运动。想要避免这种情况发生，球员需要在击球区域保持好胸口的高度，不要改变掉在击球准备时的脊椎角度。

4.双手靠近身体
下杆过程中，球员需要保证双手及握把位置尽量靠近身体。一个很好的练习方法是在准备击球时，于球杆趾部外侧插入一根tee，并在挥杆击球时尽量避免接触到tee，如此，球员就能够更容易用杆面正中击中球。

Nothing setspanic into a golfer's mind like a case of the shanks. But there's no greatmystery around why they occur. When you make contact with the ball on the neckof the club and the shot screams off sideways, it's because your hands werecloser to the target line at impact than they started at address. To fix thisfault before it ruins your round—or your golf game—follow this checklist.



1. LIGHTEN YOURGRIP
Too much tensionin your hands prevents the club from swinging down and through the impact areaproperly. The feeling you want is that the clubhead is "releasing"past you. You can't do that with a stranglehold on the club.



2. FLEX YOURTOES UPWARD
If your handsand body shift out toward the ball—setting up a shank—your weight moves ontoyour toes. So one way to prevent shanks is to keep your toes flexed upwardinside your shoes. That will keep your weight back.



3. HOLD YOURCHEST HIGH
Some shanks arecaused by diving into the ball with your head and upper body like you'rechopping wood. Avoid this by keeping your chest up through impact. Don't changethe spine angle you established at address.



4. KEEP YOURHANDS CLOSE
As the clubmoves through, focus on the grip end staying near your body. A good drill is toput a tee in the ground just outside the toe of your club at address. Miss thetee at impact, and you'll hit the ball in the center of the face.
