观澜湖高尔夫学院一直致力于通过向当地学校提供免费入门课程，普及、推动在当地社区高尔夫的发展。本月，来自蛇口国际学校的四十五位学生获此殊荣。
Mission Hills GolfAcademies are working hard to grow and develop the game of golf within thelocal community by offering a free introduction to schools. This month thatspecial opportunity went to 45 children from the Shekou International School.
此次高尔夫入门之旅的包含整个下午的活动行程，向孩子们介绍高尔夫，培养其兴趣。观澜湖优越的设施为孩子们提供了理想的学习环境，让他们可以在安全宽敞的环境里向国内领先的教练们学习高尔夫。下午活动中，学生们对高尔夫运动的诸多领域进行了“初体验”，包括推杆、切杆、全挥杆以及高尔夫体能等。
The introduction to golf field trip included a full afternoon ofactivities to introduce and increase the children’s awareness of the game.Mission Hill’s exceptional learning facilities provided the ideal environmentfor children to learn in a safe and spacious environment with China’s leadinggolf instructors. The afternoon’s events gave the students a taste of manyareas of the game including; Putting, Chipping Full swing and golf fitness.
针对活动中的低龄学生，观澜湖高尔夫学院特设Short Golf环节。Short Golf是一种特大号轻型高尔夫器材，有助于降低运动难度，快速学习高球。学习之初，，上进好胜的孩子们便取得了不错的成绩，几个趣味记分游戏都乐在其中。对于这群之前可能没接触过高尔夫的孩子而言，这天的活动是绝佳的体验机会。我们希望这些壮志少年们能再接再厉，继续学习高尔夫。谁能说得准呢，说不定未来的冠军就会在他们之中诞生。
For younger students of the game Mission Hills Golf Academies offeredShort Golf sessions. Short Golf is light weight oversize golf equipment whichencourages a faster learning process and reduces the difficulty of the game.With greater results in the early stages of learning the Children all enjoyed anumber of fun scoring games with their competitive spirit reallyshinning. This event was a great day out for the students and a chance forthem to experience golf that they might not have had before. We hope thatthese aspiring young golfers will continue to learn the game and who knows….maybe become champion golfers of the future.
