1、预约
R：Receptionist前台服务人员
G: Guest 客人
R: Good morning, Front Desk. May I help you?
R：早上好，这里是前台，我能为您做什么？
G: This is John. I want to book one flight at 8 on Saturday morning.
G：我是约翰，我想预约星期六上午8点的场。
R: I’m very sorry, it has been reserved already.
