学校教师队伍的构成主要由徐汇世外学校外派骨干教师和管理人员、融合学校原有优秀教师、以及由世外集团招聘教师三方面构成。新招聘教师由世外教育集团统一集中培训、参与世外直属学校浸润式轮岗培训。学校现有教师总数33名，其中10位老师具有硕士学位。

Mike has been head coach of the Chinese Olympic team for many years, and his students are full of stars, including Lin Xiyu, Shi Yuting, Li Jiayun, Zhang Yuyang, Wang Jiayi, Tang Rongjian, Huang Wenyi, Zhang Jin, and so on, who represent China in the Olympic Games.
