松茸是一种纯天然的珍稀名贵食用菌类，被誉为“菌中之王”。目前全世界都不可人工培植。它长在寒温带海拔3500米以上的高山林地。松茸秋季的8月上旬到10月中旬采集、食用。有特别的浓香，口感如鲍鱼，极润滑爽口。


Matsutake is one rare and valuable wild edible fungus, was called “King of fungus”. It can’t planted by people all over world, it grow at altitude 3500 meters above cold temperate zone, Matsutake season start from milled of Aug to middle of Oct, very tasty and refreshing.

西丽将于本周日在咖啡厅及中餐厅，同步上线松茸。乘机而来的松茸，带着彩云之南的芬芳来到您的餐桌上。顶级的鲜香美味及抗炎抗癌的药用功效，在这绝妙的8-9月绽放。


无论是刺身、香煎、煲汤还是爆炒，中西餐厅大厨将依据您的喜好，为您特别定制可口松茸佳肴。

Xili will launch Matsutake dishes in Coffee Shop and Chinese Restaurant this Sunday. The Matsutake comes from YunNan Province and it will be airlifted in 48 hours to keep fresh. The top flavor and anti-cancer medicinal value, only supplied from the wonderful August to September.


There are many ways to cook the Matsutake and our chefs of two restaurants will customize delicious Matsutake dishes for you according to your preferences.
