Summer is here, the sun is high and the sun is bright. The heat however can effect our appetite and quality of sleep.

度过了万物复苏的春季，生命在夏季热烈绽放。丽日当空，明媚的阳光祛除春季绵绵阴雨，火辣燥热的气温同时也让人寝食难安。

To fight against the heat we need coolness and freshness. The changing of the seasons provides us with the unique opportunity to eat a variety of fantasitc foods that are only available during this season.

“热”以“凉”克之，“燥”以“清”驱之。夏季气候炎热而生机旺盛，是以阳气最盛之季节。食在当季，夏季的燥热难耐，食欲不振，当以清淡爽口食物唤醒味蕾、激活食欲。

Lychee Court has come up with some fresh, nutritious and visually appealing dishes. Pan-seared okra with minced meat, crispy fried eggplant slices with lettuce in salad sauce, pan-fried prawns with milk and egg whites. These dishes are not only delicious but also very healthy, as the vegetables are freshly picked from our onsite organic garden. Do not miss the chance to taste it !

The watermelon and ice cream are two favourites in summer. You may have already tried fruit salad and a wide variety of fruit juices bursting with sweet and brilliant colours and summer flavours. Our creative Coffee Shop has come up with a fresh approach to pair fresh fruits with your favourite braised chicken wings to enjoy the yummy meat and juicy fruit.
