Class Note
Penalty areas include any body of water on the course or any other areas that have been marked.
罚杆区包括球场内的任何水体或其他已被标记的区域。
If you happen to find your ball in a penalty area,you can play your ball as it lies if possible to do so.
如果碰巧发现您的球处于罚杆区，您可以选择在现状下击球。
Before playing the stroke,it’s okay to ground your club,take practice swings that touch the ground and move loose impediments.
在击球前，您可以用杆头触及地面，练习挥杆，和移动散置障碍物。
Penalty areas can be marked either red or yellow.
罚杆区通常用红桩和黄桩进行标记。
And for one penalty stroke,you have several relief options.
加罚一杆后，您可以使用以下几种补救措施：
The first one is to play a ball on the stroking distance from where you made your last stroke.
第一种是回到上一次击球地点重新击球。
Another option is to take back on the line relief by imagining a straight line from the hole to the spot where your ball last crossed into the penalty area.
另外一种是后方连线补救，想象一条旗杆和最后入水点的连线,
Choose a spot on the line,then drop and play from one club length not nearer to the hole.
在这条直线上选择一个补救点，在一杆范围内且不更靠近球洞的地方抛球。
You do have a third relief option if your ball is in a red penalty area,
当您的球在红色罚杆区内时，您可以有第三种选择采取补救措施，
that allows you to find a spot where your ball last crossed into the penalty area,and drop your ball within two club length of that spot no closer to the hole.
您可以找到球最后穿过红色罚杆区边缘的点（入水点），在两杆范围内且不更靠近球洞的地方抛球。
Also there maybe an area marked as a drop zone that could be available as an additional option.
最后，也可以选择当地规则标记出的抛球区。
