正中高尔夫球会的设计公司，尼尔·哈沃斯（Nelson & Haworth）是一家享誉国际的高尔夫球场设计公司，接近百分之十的中国高尔夫球场出自N&H设计公司之手。正中球会锦标级的品质和设计风格，正是源于N&H公司对建设最好的高尔夫球场的不懈追求。
Nelson& Haworth is a well-respected and soughtafter golf course design company known for creating fun, memorable and beautiful golf courses.
1987年，在美国拥有多年设计经验，并于新加坡设计了圣淘沙高尔夫俱乐部著名的色拉蓬场（Championship Serapong Course）的罗宾-尼尔森(Robin Nelson)选择创业，在夏威夷创办了自己的贝尔特-柯林斯设计公司。1992年，另一位在亚洲设计多家球场的美国设计师尼尔-哈沃斯加入，形成了今天的尼森与何沃高尔夫球场设计公司(Nelson & Haworth，简称N&H)。罗宾·尼尔森在长期和ALS疾病抗争后于2012年离世，尼尔和布雷特作为合伙人继承了他的事业，公司的名称亦保留为尼尔森·哈沃斯。
Founded in 1987 by former senior partner Robin Nelson, Nelson & Haworth originally was part of the Hawaiian firm of Belt Collins, an engineering, planning and landscape architectural company well known for its pioneering work on resorts throughout Hawaii and South East Asia.
Late 2012 brought unwanted change to the company when Robin Nelson passed away after a long battle with ALS. Neil and Brett continue Robin’s pioneering design work as partners and owners of the business and in memory to Robin have retained the Nelson & Haworth name.
正中高尔夫球会2008年经由著名球场设计师尼尔·哈沃斯重新改造后，球场A、B场风格迥异，难易各擅、相得益彰。2014年沃尔沃中国公开赛举办场地A场傍湖天成，大气磅礴；B场依山建势，错落有致。A场为湖景球场，总长度为7145码，标准杆72杆。A场保留了天然湖泊、原始亚热带园林及原有的地形地貌，突出湖景为特色；B场为丘陵球场，总长度7218码，标准杆72杆，后9洞为灯光球场。山水相间，高低起伏的山地使B场极具挑战性。
The golf courses were designed by Neil Haworth, a world-renowned architect from the U.S., with an emphasis on preserving the site’s natural surroundings and vegetation, which combine lakes,mountains and plains, to create a spectacular course setting.
With an area of 2.5 million ㎡, the golf club is perfectly placed between lakes, hills and dense forests. Course A is built around the 700 acre Dragon Lake and totals 7,145 yards in length. Course B is set against a mountainous backdrop, giving way to undulating fairway soffering a total length of 7,218 yards. The internationally certified PlatinumTE Paspalum grass, with its fine leaf texture, creates a median green speed,ensuring that the courses are enjoyable to play while equally challenging.

正中高尔夫球会始终在球场品质和会员服务中追求更高目标，并于2014-2016年先后承办和举办了第二十届沃尔沃中国公开赛和深圳国际赛两项欧巡赛一级赛事，不仅推动了球会硬件和服务品质更加强有力的提升，更为球会赢得了2015“中国十佳高尔夫俱乐部”、中国百大球场评选的“十大高尔夫俱乐部”等荣誉，并荣膺中国高尔夫球协会“特别贡献奖”。正中球会也是中高协指定的训练基地，为中国国家队的球员日常训练、备战大赛提供场地支持和专业细致的服务。
The A-course has developed a strongtournament history and hosted the 2014 Volvo China Open. More recently it hasbecome the home of a regular European Tour event, the Shenzhen International,which it has hosted since 2015.
