本期邀请的球员是张维维。这位来自海南的球手多次在业余赛场胜出。2015年在女子中巡转为职业，2017年在珠海获得职业首胜，6月在日本赢得一场二级赛。同年年末，张维维获得2018赛季日巡全卡，成为中国内地女选手中第9位达成此成就的球员。因清甜可人的外表和平均开球距离为255码的“怪力”，国内高尔夫爱好者称张维维为“暴力萝莉”。

Here we analyze the swing of Zhang Wei Wei。Let’s look at the key areas that make her ball striking so solid.
今天，我们来分析张维维的挥杆动作，来看一下她的短铁打的如此扎实的的关键因素。

At the set-up position, we can see that Zhang has her hands ahead of the ball (See Pic 1) which is something that all good ball strikers do before they start the swing.
从她的准备姿势，我们可以看到她双手处于球前（见图一），这是所有优秀的击球手在开始挥杆之前都会做的。

Once she reaches the top of her backswing it is clear to see that by having a quality pivot motion she has been able to keep her head in a constant position, which will improve the chances of a centered strike (See Pic 2).
一旦到达上杆顶点，就可以清楚地看到，通过出色的旋转运动，她能够将头保持在一个恒定的位置，这将提高击到中心的几率( 见图二)。

From face on we can also see that Zhang is able to rotate and extend to a position that keeps her head in a very centered position once she gets to the top of the back swing. This helps her low point consistency (See Pic 3).
从正面我们还可以看到她能够旋转并延伸到这样的一个姿势，使她一旦到达上杆顶点后，头部能保持在一个非常恒定的位置。这有助于她的下压的稳定性(见图三)。

During her transition Zhang goes from having her left wrist slightly cupped (red line) to perfectly flat which is a move that 99% of tour players do during their downswing. It enables her to have good control of her clubface throughout impact and keep the face stable which will improve her directional control (See Pic 4).
This stable clubface can be seen in the below picture. The clubface is square to her body and has a low rate of closure through the impact area.
在过渡期间，她从左手腕略微打曲（红线）过渡到完全放平，这是99％的巡回赛球员在下杆期间会做的动作。这使她在整个击球过程中都能很好地控制杆面，并且保持杆面稳定，这将能提高她的方向控制(见图四)。
这个稳定的杆面可以在下图中看到。杆面与她的身体成直角，通过击球区杆头关闭可能性很低。

Another move that Zhang does during her downswing that helps her to achieve a powerful impact position is a lower body squat. We can see in the picture that at the top of the backswing her right hip was on the red line zone, and by right photo the hip has lowered significantly (See Pic 5).
在她下杆期间做的另一个动作，帮她达到了一个强有力的击球姿势，那就是下半身下蹲。我们可以在图片中看到，在上杆顶点，她的右臀在红线框内，而右图她的臀部位置显著降低了(见图5)。

this squatting move helps her to extend the left leg up during impact which will help to open the hips faster, giving her more space to deliver the hands and arms through the hitting zone.
这种下蹲动作有助于她在击球过程中将左腿向上伸展，这将有助于更快地打开臀部，使她有更多空间使手和手臂穿过击球区。
