准备姿势:重心平衡。从侧面,肩膀后侧—膝盖—前脚掌,这三点是在一条直线上的。此时重心位于前脚掌。后背挺直。从正面,右肩稍低于左肩。右胯也是低于左胯。所以这时脊柱角度是略向右边倾斜的。球位对准左脚后脚跟内侧。
Set up: Good Balance. If you take a line from behind, it goes from the back of the shoulder through the cap of your knee and to the balls of your feet. The weight should be on the balls of your feet. Then astraight back. From face on, right shoulder should be below the left. And righthip should be below the left as well. So your spine angle is titled a littlebit to the right. Your ball position is inside of your left heel.
上杆半挥杆位置:从侧面,球杆斜穿过肩膀,与左手臂呈90°,完全曲腕,这时,肩膀转动大约45°,胯部转动的幅度大约是肩膀的一半。从正面,脊柱角度依然和准备姿势一样,向右倾斜。头部在球位的后方一点。
Half-way back: the club should be going through your shoulder. The club needs to be set 90 degrees with your left arm. So your wrists are completely hinged. You have about 45 degrees of should turn at this point. And hips are turned may be 20 degrees (half of shoulder turn). From face on, your upper body's spine angle still needs to be the same angles as it was at set up. So titled a little bit to the right. Your head is slightly behind the ball.
挥杆顶点:转身完成,肩膀转动约100°,胯部转动约45°。球杆指向目标线方向,并和左手臂平行。
To the top of the swing, You just turn your body and you have about 100 degrees of body turn(shoulder turn), about 45 degrees of hip turn. Your club is down the line. Your club needs to be parallel to the left arm.
触球:右脚稍稍离地。重心向左脚转移。头部的位置依然是在球位后面一点点。而双手位置在球位前一点点。
At impact you right foot just comes off the ground, weight turns to the left foot. Your head is still slightly behind the ball. Your hands are slightly in front of the ball.
收杆:收杆姿势要做到重心平衡。右脚后跟完全离地,脚尖着地。球杆几乎是指向目标方向,当然这也受到身体柔韧性的影响。
Finish, you want to have a balanced finish. Your right foot is completely on the toe. Your club is nearly facing towards the target. This depends a little bit on the flexibility.
