The health and safety of our members, guests and staff are of paramount importance to us. In view of the recent outbreak of the corona virus-related pneumonia in some cities across the region, we have proactively undertaken a series of precautionary safety measures in our club to ensure your wellbeing and to reduce the chances of infection. This includes increased disinfection to club house facilities and public areas, enhancing food procurement and handling procedures, providing colleagues and guests with temperature checks, etc.
我们始终把会员，嘉宾和员工的健康安全放在首位。关于近期在部分城市发生的新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情，我们十分重视。为确保您在球会享有一个安全舒适的入住环境并减少感染风险，我们已采取一系列积极的卫生防范措施，包括对俱乐部设施和公共区域增加定期消毒，对食品采购和加工环节加强管理，对员工和客人提供体温测量等举措。

We encourage everyone to practice proper hand hygiene and to avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms. Wearing a mask is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself from getting infected. To ensure your health, we have adopted several precautionary measures. It would be most appreciated, if you could kindly work with us on the following temporary procedures:
我们鼓励每个人养成良好的手部清洁与卫生习惯，避免与具有感冒或流感症状的人近距离接触。戴上口罩是保护您不受病毒侵扰的最有效途径之一。为确保您的健康，我们已采取多种预防措施。希望您能积极配合以下临时程序，我们将不胜感激。

1. Upon arrival at the entrance, we will implement temperature checks for all the guests, please cooperate with our staff. If your temperature is 37.3ºC or above, please do not enter Xili Golf and Country Club’s premises.
在俱乐部入口处，我们将对所有来宾进行体温测量检查，请您与我们的工作人员配合。若您的体温为37.3ºC或更高，请勿进入西丽高尔夫俱乐部。

2. All members and guests will also be required to fill in the Travel Declaration Form upon arrival at the Clubhouse. This is both for our record and tracking purposes. For restrictions of receiving guests from certain regions, we will follow the advice and instructions from local authorities.
所有会员和嘉宾在进入会所前均需填写旅行史登记表，这是出于实时记录与追踪的目的。对于某些特定区域来宾的限制，我们将遵循深圳当局的建议和指示。

3. If you and your guests have recently visited Hubei province and/or other areas with identified pneumonia in the past 14 days, may we request that you monitor your health at home for at least 14 days before coming to play at the Club.
如果在刚刚过去的14天内，您和您的嘉宾曾去过湖北省和/或其他已确诊肺炎的地区，请您务必于家中至少监测您的健康状况14天，再光顾俱乐部打球。

Based on the current situation, please note that we will temporarily close parts of our facilities and services including massage room service and Jacuzzi service until further notice.

鉴于近日形势严峻，请知悉我们将暂时关闭会所部分区域及设施和服务，包括按摩房和按摩池等服务，直至另行通知。

At Xili we are on high alert and have already taken preventative measures to protect members’ health at the Club. Thank you for your kind understanding and support. We hope you enjoy a safe and pleasant round of golf at Xili.
