年度大型果岭打孔铺沙工作由于受4月份天气影响，延期至5月份进行。本周草坪部刚刚完成了B&C场果岭年度第一次空心针打孔和铺沙工作。Our annual Aerification program of the greens has been postponed to May due to the bad weather conditions in April. B&C courses have just completed  the hollow tined aerification and top dressing procedures.  

此项工作会增加草坪根系层的通透性和减少枯草层的积累，这对果岭全年度保持健康的生长状态至关重要，打孔后的果岭预计需要3周左右时间完全恢复。在果岭打孔期间我们同时对球道进行了轻梳草作业，这项维护工作将有效削减枯草层和减少过重的草纹对养护及打球造成的不利影响。
Aeration is an essential program to keep playing surfaces healthy and in good condition. It will allow the Golf Course Maintenance team to present our members and guests the best possible playing conditions throughout the season. Members can expect both course conditions to be fully recovered within three weeks time.  During the maintenance practice on the greens, we have also completed the light verticutting/ dethatching programs on the fairways. This will help to reduce and prevent the accumulation of excess thatch.
