香港高尔夫俱乐部成立于1889年，是全球顶级私人高尔夫球俱乐部之一。威廉姆斯在职期间，为香港高尔夫俱乐部成功获得了UBS瑞银集团对球会2010年、2011年、2012年及2015年度赛事的冠名赞助。

2009-2014 General Manager – The Royal Hong Kong Golf Club

The Royal Hong Kong Golf Club was founded in 1889 and has become one of the finest private membership golf clubs in the world. He was responsible for the sponsor negotiation with UBS who were title sponsors who renewed their involvement as title sponsor for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015. In the other side, by improving relations with the government offices and ministers including the District Office and District Land Offices resulting in successful planning permissions and future lease renewals.

2007-2008年  英国伦敦女王俱乐部 - 首席执行官

2007 – 2008  Chief Executive - The Queen’s Club

Queen’s Club is the finest rackets club in the world, located in Central London. It is renowned as host to the Artois Championship, and the leading Real Tennis and Rackets Events including the World Championships and the British Open. Mr. Williams was responsible for the transitioning the club to member ownership from the lawn tennis association development of the new branding.

1997 - 2007年  苏格兰罗蒙湖高尔夫俱乐部 - 首席执行官（期间担任巴克莱苏格兰公开赛主席）

罗蒙湖高尔夫俱乐部是世界上最好的纯会员制俱乐部之一，它以无以伦比的模范服务及高标准的独特环境而闻名。巴克莱苏格兰公开赛是欧巡赛中的顶级赛事之一，每年吸引7万多名观众。在威廉姆斯任职期间，他与欧巡赛共同协作，管理和发展苏格兰公开赛8年。

Loch Lomond is one of the finest private international golf clubs in the world; it has an unparalleled reputation for providing exemplary service and standards in a unique environment. Mr. Williams managed and developed the Scottish Open in conjunction with the European Tour – 8 years.

1990 - 1996年  英国伦敦温特沃斯俱乐部 - 董事兼总经理

在英伦半岛电视转播画面中出现次数最多的球场非温特沃斯西场莫属。这座由传奇设计师哈利·科特（Harry Colt）在上世纪20年代打造的球场是众多大赛的主办场地之一，也是伦敦周边最著名的高尔夫目的地。每年在那里举办的职业大赛有三场：世界比洞赛、欧洲PGA锦标赛以及常青大师赛。其实，温特沃斯举办大赛的历史由来已久，它曾在1953年举办过莱德杯，1956年承办过世界杯的前身——加拿大杯，并且从1984年至今一直举办BMWPGA锦标赛。威廉姆斯先生在任期间的经营举措与会员服务得到了会员的高度评价，会员人数从900人上升至3000人。

Designed by the legendary designer Harry Colt built in the 1920s,Wentworth west field hosted many competitions: WGC-World Match Play Championship 、The European PGA championship and Seniors Championship.It is also the most famous Golf Course around London. Wentworth has a long history to host these top competitions.It had been held Ryder cup in 1953,held Canada Cap in 1956,and has been held BMWPGA championships Since 1984.

1975-1990年 英国伦敦Capital集团 - 奢华酒店执行董事和总经理

威廉姆斯任职期间，负责酒店和客房、餐厅等设施的翻新整修。同时，负责收购、重开和开发L酒店，地铁红酒吧等餐厅，以及26号Basil街上的精品服务公寓。Capital酒店被评为4AA红星酒店。

1975- 1990 – Executive Director and General Manager The Capital Group

Basil Street Knightsbridge . SW3 1AT. Complete refurbishment of the Hotel, all bedrooms and suites, front hall and restaurant and the creation of a new lounge. Acquisition, opening and development of L’Hotel and Le Metro Wine Bar – conversion of a former apartment complex into a Hotel comprising 14 bedrooms, restaurant and wine bar. Acquisition and development of serviced apartments at 26 Basil Street. Awarded Four AA red Stars.
