Golf’ spremier sports organization, the PGA TOUR, seeks a Media PartnershipManager in Greater China to take anessential role in providing first class client servicing efforts to ourtelevision and digital media partners. This position will report jointly toSenior Manager, International Media at US Headquarters and Head of Media ofChina office. The role will manage strong partner relationships and help tocreate innovative media solutions to help scale the business. The role willalso strengthen and extend our relationship with additional media partners,including expanding our coverage of PGA TOUR programming.

• 5-7年体育媒体或体育营销工作经验。

• 善于数据分析,能向公司内部各部门提供可靠数据。
• 熟练掌握Excel、Word和PowerPoint,有为高级管理层做演示的经验。
• 中英文口语及书写流利,具有跨文化工作能力。
• 强烈的职业道德,能独立领导项目和开发创意。
• 优秀的团队合作能力,适应多个办公室及跨时区工作。
• 本科或以上学历,体育营销专业或有媒体公司机构背景者优先。
Qualifications:
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in Sports Media, or Sports Marketing with a solidunderstanding of the fundamentals and higher functions of the work.
• Prior experience working with a U.S.-based company either in China or the U.S.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and confidence presenting the data to internal stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, with prior experience creating presentations for senior management.
• Written and spoken fluency in both English and Chinese with cross-cultural skills.
• Strong work ethic with an ability to lead projects and develop ideas independently.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in an organization that spans multiple offices and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Sports Marketing majors and/or media company or agency backgrounds are preferred.

• 协助合作伙伴盛开体育和总部进行美巡赛系列赛-中国战略规划和评估,中国媒体方面支持总部领导的各级商业合作伙伴的媒体销售工作。
• 管理美巡系列赛-中国的媒体版权合作工作以及向美巡赛、运营伙伴和媒体合作伙伴提供相关信息。
• 与国际媒体部门(总部和中国)一起,为电视、数字媒体和移动平台市场制定连贯的内容发布和媒体营销战略。
• 为特定项目制作销售和营销材料,向现有/潜在的媒体合作伙伴有效地传达美巡赛的战略和相关计划。
• 与合作伙伴和内容团队合作,不断制定新的内容理念,利用现有的合作平台和渠道,推动美巡赛粉丝增长和高尔夫市场参与。
• 协助合作伙伴的美巡赛传播工作并提供结果报告。
Responsibilities:
Partnership Management
• Manage all aspects of existing media partnerships on a day-to-day basis, including tracking partners’ weekly broadcast plans,fulfillment of partner obligations, communicating results and trends internally, and supporting new business development efforts.
• Work with Head of Media, Country Managing Director, Global Headquarters supervisor and related teammates to establish partnership goals, identify success metrics, develop a measurement system and plan for monitoring effectiveness and providing regular reporting.
• Understand, analyze and communicate marketplace trends, new products/technologies and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the development and launch of new non-media golf initiatives and products that PGA TOUR and media partners co-operate together in market.
• Assist in the development of local media marketing strategy with direction from supervisors to support partners and grow awareness of PGA TOUR content.
• Assist Shankai & HQ in strategic planning and review for PGA TOUR Series–China media efforts; Support HQ led media sales effort with all levels of commercial partners.
• Manage PGA TOUR China Series distribution workflow and information for PGA TOUR, promoters and media partners.
•Develop,together with international media departments (at both Headquarters and China) a coherent content distribution and media marketing strategy for the market across television, digital, and mobile platforms.
• Create sales and marketing materials for specific projects (e.g., presentation) to effectively communicate PGA TOUR strategy and sales opportunities to existing/potential media partners.
• Work with partners and the Content team to constantly formulate new content ideas that leverage existing distribution platforms and channels to drive PGA TOUR fan-base growth and golf participation in the market.
• Assist partners’ PGA TOUR marketing efforts and provide reporting on the results.
