Part 1

Starting the game on the first tee introduce yourself to the other players who you do not know. Take off your hat if you are wearing one, introduce yourself by name and shake the other players hand.
比赛开始时在第一洞发球台向初次见面的其他球手介绍自己。戴帽子时脱帽，告诉其他球手自己的名字并与其握手。

Part 2

On the tee make sure you stand quietly and in front of the players teeing off. Never stand directly behind a player who is preparing to play. Stand quietly until it is your turn play.
在其他球手开球时，应安静地站在一旁。决不可站在准备打球的球手正后方。安静站立直到轮到自己击球。

Part 3

During a round if one of your fellow playing partners plays a good shot you should congratulate their shot by clapping or saying great shot.
在一轮中如果同组球手打出好球，你应该说好球并鼓掌祝贺。

Part 4

White Posts (OB) – if your ball goes outside an area on the edge of the golf course marked by white posts your ball is ‘Out of Bounds’. You must follow this rule…白桩(OB)–如果你的球打到球场边界白桩连线外，将判定为出界。出界时应遵守以下规则…
Play your next shot from as close as possible to where your last shot went out of bounds. e.g. This means for a tee shot which is hit out of bounds you will play your 4th shot from the area nearest to where you went out of bounds (your first tee shot plus two-shot penalty).
在尽量接近球出界的地点打下一个球。例如，如果你在开球时出界，你要在尽可能接近球出界的位置打你的第四杆（开球出界加罚两杆）。

Part 5

Red Posts (Lateral Water Hazard) – If your ball crosses this red post line you must drop another ball 2 driver club lengths from the point of entry (one-shot penalty).
红桩（侧面水障碍区）- 如果你的球超过了红桩连线，你需要在距离进水点不靠近球洞两个一号木杆身距离的地方抛球（罚一杆）。

Part 6

Yellow Posts (Water Hazard) – If your ball crosses into a yellow staked area you are in a Water Hazard. You must keep the point of entry in line with hole. You can drop back online as far as you like for a one-shot penalty.

黄桩（正面水障碍区）- 如果你的球进入黄桩区就是进入了水障碍区。进水点与球洞连成一条直线，你可以在后侧直线上任意距离位置打一球，罚杆一杆。

Part 7

In bunkers you can not touch the sand with your club until you play your shot.
在沙坑中，真正打球之前球杆不可触地碰沙。
SPECIAL COMPETITION RULE: You can decide that your ball is unplayable in a bunker (too difficult to play) and drop the ball outside the bunker for a penalty of two shots.
特殊比赛规则：你可以认定你沙坑中的球为不可打（太难打），在沙坑外抛球，罚两杆。

Part 8

On the Putting Green - Do not walk on another players line (the line between their ball and the hole). This rule is a ‘good manners’ rule.
推杆果岭– 不要踩其他球手的线（球和球洞的连线）。这是一条礼仪规范。

Part 9

On the Putting Green – Do not place your feet near the edge of the hole when taking your ball from the hole. This rule is to help protect condition of the course for other players.

在推杆果岭-在从球洞把球取出时，双脚不可以踩到球洞边缘。这条规则目的保护球场草坪和球洞状态。

Part10

At all times on the Course - Be quiet and stand still when playing partners are playing their shot. This rule is a rule of respect for other players and allows them to play their best shot.

球场上所有时候–在其他球手打球时保持安静不能走动。这条规则是为了尊重其他球手，使他在打球时不受干扰，打出最好的状态。

Part11

Speed of Play – Move quickly between shots. Enjoy the game and talk to your playing partners and have fun but always move quickly between shots. Your target is to play 9 holes in no more than two hours, 18 holes in four hours.

打球速度–快走慢打。可以享受高尔夫的乐趣，和球友聊天，但一定要快走慢打。打9洞全程时间控制在两小时以内，18洞4小时以内。

Part12

Time to Play a Shot - You have 40 seconds to play your shot once it is your turn to play. The ball furthest from the hole always plays first.

准备击球–当轮到你击球时，你有40秒的时间来打一个球。距离球洞最远的球先打。

Part13

Touching your Ball – You may only touch the ball when placing the ball on the tee or once you have marked the ball on the green. If you touch or move your ball at any other time other than in the process of playing a shot your will incur a one-shot penalty.

触球–你可以在开球时把球放在Tee上，可以在果岭上标记好球位后触球调整，此外不可触球。如果你在实际击球时以外任何时候碰到球或者移动球一次，都会被罚一杆。

Part14

SPECIAL COMPETITION RULE: Maximum Shots - Par 3 (10 Shots), Par 4 (11 Shots), Par 5 (12 shots). Pick up your ball once you reach this number of shots. Record this score on your scorecard.

特殊比赛规则：杆数限定,3杆洞最多可打10杆，4杆洞最多11杆，5杆洞12杆。达到限定杆数后捡起你的球并在记分卡记录下这个杆数。

Always finish the hole you are playing. Never pick up your ball before the ball has gone intothe hole on the green unless you reach the maximum number of shots for the hole.
每个洞都要打完，不可在任一球洞未进球之前捡起你的球，除非达到这个球洞的限制杆数。

Part15

Tee Off Playing Order - Lowest score on the previous hole tees off first. On the first tee the order of names on the start list is the tee off order.
开球顺序-前面一个洞杆数最低的先打。第一个洞按照起始名单上的姓名顺序。

Part16

Safety Rule – If your ball is ever heading in a direction toward another player, groups of players or any other person on the course SHOUT FORE nice and loud so the person or people have a chance to protect themselves from getting hit by your ball.
安全规则–如果你的球一旦打向了另一球手、小组或球场上任何人，大声并有礼地喊“看球”，使其有机会能进行躲避，保护自己不被球击中受伤。

Part17

Scorecards – On the first tee you should change scorecards with a playing partner. Each player marks another players score and their own score. Both players must sign the scorecard at the end of the round.

记分卡–在第一个发球台你应和其他球手交换记分卡。每个球手都要记录自己和另一位球手的杆数。比赛结束时在两位球手都要在积分卡上签名。

Part18

Finish of 18 Holes – Before leaving the putting green remove your hat and shake hands with each of the players in your group. Say thank you to your caddy for their service.

18洞结束-在离开推杆果岭前，脱帽并与每位同组其他球手握手。

对球童的服务表示感谢。
