GOLFTEC 臀部弯曲
在挥杆过程中,臀部弯曲支撑着肩膀弯曲,同时也为腰椎起到防护措施的作用。
Hip Bend supports the Shoulder Bend throughout the swing and acts as a safety measure for the lumbar spine.
适当的臀部弯曲保证了适当的骨盆倾斜,有助于下盘脊椎贴近地面并且为挥杆过程中肩膀的弯曲和倾斜,提供安全的支撑。
The correct amount of hip bend ensures the pelvis is tilted correctly allowing the lower spine to maintain its inclination to the ground and safely support the bending and tilting of the shoulders during the swing.
GOLFTEC的《真实挥杆运动研究》数据显示,击球准备时,职业球员臀部向前弯曲的平均数值是16度。在上杆过程中臀部前倾度数逐渐减小,到达挥杆顶点的时候,臀部前倾降低到11度。
GOLFTEC’s SwingTRU study found that professional players average 16* of forward hip bend at set up. This moves backwards during the backswing to a measurement of 11* forward bend by the top of the backswing.
下杆时,臀部向前弯曲先回复到初始的16度,随后在触球瞬间变为0度,这时双腿伸直,盆骨紧缩。等到收杆时,臀部变为向后弯曲2度,同时,臀部和盆骨支撑着肩膀向后弯曲32度。
The original 16* forward bend is regained early in the downswing before the hip bend moves back to 0*at impact as the legs straighten and the pelvis tucks in. By the finish of the swing there is a 2* backward hip bend as the hips and pelvis support the 32*backward bend of the shoulders.
臀部弯曲动作不正确的业余球友们,在击球准备和挥杆过程中都有姿势方面的问题,这会导致多种挥杆错误,甚至还会引起下背疼痛。
Amateur players with incorrect hip bend often have problems with their posture at address or during the swing which can lead to a number of swing faults and even cause lower back pain.
